SidePouch Autofulfillment™ SPrint™ System

The Autofulfillment™ SPrint™ System is designed for high-volume mail order fulfillment. Built with features that maximize speed and functionality, typical applications include ecommerce fulfillment of apparel, lawn and gardening supplies, sporting gear, footwear and pet supplies.

The SPrint™ System pairs with existing Warehouse Management Systems and can seamlessly package single or multiple items in the same bag. Pre-opened SidePouch bags are delivered to the operator workstation, where the item is loaded and, at the same time, the shipping label is printed and verified. The operator triggers the next series of actions – where the incoming product and bag are loaded and the previous product is being labeled and sealed.

Built-in Features of the SidePouch Autofulfillment™ SPrint™ System

The SPrint™ System is a compact and consistent machine that increases productivity and reduces costs. With an intuitive touch screen design, it’s easy to monitor productivity and simple to accommodate changeovers.

The SPrint™ System offers a 3-point scanning verification process. Before a product is released, the system scans and verifies the SKU, invoice and shipping label and, upon confirming a match, the package is sealed and released.

When you need to deliver catalogs or other promotional items, the SPrint™ System offers a programmable inserter that delivers the item to the operator to easily load in the bag.

SidePouch Pre-Opened Bags

SidePouch pre-opened bags are available in a variety of sizes up to 24 inches wide. SidePouch bags can accommodate printing in up to 8 colors and are available with special features like resealable ziplocks and reinforced headers.
