What is Instapak?
Sealed Air Instapak® foam expands up to 280x its liquid volume on site, making it one of the most versatile and economical packaging materials available. Instapak® is a smart choice for virtually any product and can be used for cushioning, void-fill or heavy duty blocking and bracing. This protective foam cuts material costs drastically, while maintaining top of the line product protection.

Instapak® Quick RT Foam Bags
Instapak® Quick RT® is a protective packaging solution that you can take anywhere! Instapak® expands up to 27x its original size without the need for additional warming or dispensing equipment.
Available in a variety of sizes, Instapak® RT Foam bags are activated by a simple press, pat and pack technique. Instapak® Quick RT® Foam bags can be used for cushioning and light blocking and bracing. For heavier products, Instapak® Quick Tuff® foam is available.
Instapak Simple
The compact Instapak® Simple machine delivers foam-filled bags for low-volume packers. Powered by a standard electrical outlet, the Instapak® Simple is ideal for operations that require less than 20 packs per day. The Instapak® Simple is true to its name – it’s easy to maintain, easy to load and easy to fill.
Instapak® Simple is also mess-free. All components and materials are self-contained at all times and packagers are delivered consistent, predetermined packaging materials at every use.
Instapak Speedypacker
The Instapak® Speedypacker is designed for high-volume operations, with operating speeds at more than twenty 12-inch bags per minute. With an easy-to-use touch screen display, operators can easily select from an endless combination of bag fill and sizes, including continuous foam tubes (CFTs).
The Instapak® Speedy is available as both a benchtop or floor model and is compatible with 12 inch and 19 inch film sizes.
Instapak Foam Molding Systems
Sealed Air’s line of Instapak® Foam Molding Systems offer a precision-fit solution for the most demanding applications. With an Instapak® Foam system, each molded foam solution is custom to the product, resulting in less waste and materials.
