Cold Chain Protective Packaging

EPS coolers remain a reliable and economical choice for shipping all types of perishable materials. Molded out of quality expanded polystyrene, we do not use filters or regrind materials that can contaminate or compromise the strength and insulative effectiveness of our shipping containers. We also believe EPS foam is an ecologically sensible solution for those companies needing to distribute their temperature-sensitive products in a cost effective manner.

Reflective thermal insulators can convert any stock box into an effective thermal protective shipper. This revolutionary packaging design is available in flat envelopes, gusseted bags and pallet covers.

Gel Packs and Ice Bricks are long-lasting and an economical alternative to ice. When used in conjunction with suitable insulated containers, they can significantly extend the shipping times of perishable products. An additional benefit to the ice brick is they keep their shape when freezing. They both can be used as ballast during winter shipments to prevent products from freezing by heating them.

Our Thermal Insulated Liners offer a variety of sustainable shipping containers designed for temperature control and protection. The patented cotton enhanced insulating materials used in all the products offer soft cushioning thermal protection and are ASTM tested to be biodegradable.

P.S. Ā (Also means Ā as a public service to you)

We wanted to let you know – EffectiveĀ June 6, 2016*, UPS is changing the measurement that determines whether the UPS Additional Handling charge will be applied to UPSĀ®Ā Ground services packages in the U.S. Ā Any package with the longest side exceeding 48 inches, instead of 60 inches, will be assessed the fee.** The Additional Handling fee of $10.50 remains the same. The change does not impact UPS Air or International shipments. This change is being implemented due to the additional handling required for these types of packages in the UPS network.Ā ** The rule that the Additional Handling charge will apply where a package’s second longest side
exceeds 30 inches in length is not changing.
